The Diabetes Monitoring Forum: Over an 18 months period the Diabetes Monitoring Forum developed a series of glucose monitoring advice leaflets. Each leaflet is tailored to different treatment regimens and provides patients with clear advice about the 'whys' and 'whens' of blood glucose monitoring.
